Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Shipment processing times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays though. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we’ll try our best not to let that happen. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery though. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Packaging

Milly’s Mind will be packaged in a secure padded Australia Post mailer. We are not, however, liable for the book being damaged or lost during shipping (sorry, we can’t control that). If, in the unlikely event, you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim (and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before doing so).
